Urban Update

Who doesn’t love a good before and after transformation! Normally we wouldn’t suggest removing a window, but like the old saying goes,”there’s an exception to every rule.” In this case, by removing a window, we were able to gain a feature wall that includes much needed storage and a sophisticated yet safe electric fireplace for this family with small children. This sun room is open to the rest of the house, so we needed it to satisfy several functions. A room for play during the day and by night, you can turn on the fireplace and have a cozy ambiance for adults. Upgrades included, new ceilings, new LED lighting, custom built ins, new paint for walls and trim throughout. New furnishings and styling was the cherry on top for this much needed refresh.
